HireTrust Cabs India (“HireTrust”, “we”, “us”) operates hiretrustcabs.com and provides chauffeur-driven cab hire and tour packages from New Delhi. Our registered address is Local Shopping Centre, Pocket 9, Sector C, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Delhi 110070, India.

NEEDS OWNER INPUT: legal entity type, company/LLP registration number and GSTIN.

We collect only what a booking requires:

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, submitted when you request a booking or create an account.
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses and their coordinates, travel date and time, trip type and vehicle class.
• Account credentials — if you sign in, authentication is handled by Supabase. We do not store your password.
• Driver-partner data — if you apply as a driver partner, the identity, licence and vehicle documents you upload during onboarding.
• Technical data — standard server logs generated when you load a page.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for payment card details on this website.

To quote a fare, confirm and operate your trip, assign a driver, contact you about that trip, keep records required for tax and transport compliance, and respond to support requests. If you leave a review, we publish it with the name you supply.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

• Your assigned driver — name, phone number and pickup/drop-off location, so they can complete the trip.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — when you type a location, the text you enter is sent to the Nominatim geocoding service to return address suggestions.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to contact us using a WhatsApp button, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Our hosting provider — to serve this website.

We also disclose data where the law requires it.

We use a small number of functional cookies: a Supabase session cookie to keep you signed in, and a local preference for light or dark theme. We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this section will be updated first.

Booking records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet tax and transport record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time. Email support@hiretrustcabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests may be limited where we are legally required to retain a booking record.

NEEDS OWNER INPUT: name and contact details of the Grievance Officer, as required under India's IT Rules.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with access restricted to authorised personnel. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
