Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings made with HireTrust Cabs India through hiretrustcabs.com, WhatsApp or by phone. By booking, you accept them.

A request submitted on this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed only when we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email with a vehicle and fare. We may decline a booking where the route, timing or vehicle is not operationally feasible.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, date, time and passenger count you give us.

Fares shown on this website are for the vehicle class and route stated, and apply to the published distance. Where a route page shows a fare, it also states what the fare includes.

Some corridors on this site do not display a fare. That is deliberate: we publish figures only for routes whose distance, drive time and tolls our operations team has verified. For any other route we will quote you directly rather than show an estimate that could be wrong.

Unless your confirmation says otherwise, the following are charged in addition to the base fare: FASTag tolls, state entry taxes and permits, parking, and driver night allowance. Distance beyond the quoted limit is charged at the per-kilometre rate for your vehicle class.

NEEDS OWNER INPUT: waiting charge per hour, night charge window and amount, extra-kilometre rate per vehicle class, and whether GST is included in displayed fares.

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us on +91 99101 05339. If we cancel a confirmed trip for a reason within our control and cannot provide a replacement vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

NEEDS OWNER INPUT: cancellation windows and any fee at each window, no-show policy, and refund processing timeline.

• Carry valid photo ID; some state borders and hotels require it.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption and any illegal substance or activity in the vehicle are not permitted.
• Do not exceed the vehicle's licensed seating capacity. Drivers will refuse to travel overloaded and this is not a refundable cancellation.
• You are liable for the cost of damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party.
• Luggage must fit the vehicle's stated capacity. Tell us in advance about oversized items.

We assign commercially licensed drivers operating permit-holding, insured vehicles. We may substitute an equivalent or higher vehicle class where the booked vehicle becomes unavailable, at no extra charge to you.

Drivers are bound by mandatory rest and driving-hour limits. Routes, particularly hill routes, are subject to the driver's judgement on safety, and to road, weather and police conditions.

Journey times on this site are realistic estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for losses caused by traffic, weather, landslides, road closures, protests, strikes, vehicle breakdown, or acts of authorities. We will always try to arrange a replacement vehicle where a breakdown occurs.

Do not book a cab as the sole means of reaching a non-reschedulable commitment such as a flight without allowing a substantial buffer.

Our liability arising from a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking, except where a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Reviews must describe a trip you actually took. We moderate submissions and will remove content that is fabricated, abusive, or that identifies another person without consent. We publish reviews with the name you supply and do not edit their substance.
